finally found a new job. working with unicef on the halloween campaign as a territory rep. Sounds like a cool opportunity and it will look nice on a resume. Too bad I’d need a car for it and it doesn’t pay enough to cover that cost. oh well. on to the next one.

In other news, I lost about 500-700 bucks on party europe. Fraser and I will split that loss, but it’s out of my bank account for now. we’re going to throw another party to recoup the losses. That party is shaping up to be Oktoberfest at the vancouver island brewery. 10 dollar tickets, 3 dollar beers, 7 dollar pints. I’m working on a german oompa pa band rental right now. we shall see.

Tournament Update

I am going to Golden until Friday, and I have no phone with me, so email me with questions or see the following details:

-please arrive @ 1pm on saturday August 18th so we can set up teams. games start at 2pm
-form a pair with another player and on gameday pairs will be drawn from a hat to form a team of 6 per side. If you can’t find a pairing then just show up at 1pm and we’ll set you up. Plese arrive at 1 though so we can form teams quickly.
-reserved a delicious honey lager keg today so to cover that cost, each player will pay 10 bucks each
-i will bring bbq, cups, keg, table, vball nets, 1 vball. BYOMEAT.
