As summer strikes in Vancouver and everyone heads to the beach, i would like to point out something i’ve noticed over the last few years. Why is it that every chick out there has the same bikini pose? There is never a photo of a girl just standing straight. They ALWAYS raise one leg slightly and point their toe, thus bending one knee. This has to be some common knowledge about making yourself look good in bikinis (and also dresses/shorts that expose some upper thigh). Where did this idea come from? How did it disseminate across the entire female community? I’ve never read it on the cover of any women’s magazines while in line at the grocery store. what the fuck is going on?
